Mr. Frank has been a member of the Pennsylvania bar since 1980. He has engaged in a litigation practice handling a variety of cases including personal injury, medical malpractice, auto accidents, slip and falls and workers compensation claims.

Mr. Frank was born and raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and has resided in Malvern Pennsylvania for the past 40 years. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of science degree. Thereafter, he graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1974. Additionally, Mr. Frank has  earned a LLM in trial advocacy from Temple University in 1994.

From 1982 through 1987 Mr. Frank was senior staff counsel for the Atena Casualty and Surety company handling all litigation claims including workers compensation claims. Thereafter, Mr. Frank went into private practice and became associated with the Destefano Law Group where he has continued his litigation practice in the above fields.
